An entrepreneurial force with over 25 years of experience in HR practice spanning manufacturing, business process outsourcing, consulting, and international recruitment. Vida specialises in labour migration governance, ethical placement, and employer engagement. She leads with a singular vision: to build sustainable, dignified pathways for Ghanaian talent to thrive globally.
She holds MBA and BA degrees. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM – USA) and the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM – Ghana). She currently teaches HR at postgraduate level as an adjunct lecturer at Heritage Christian University.

Head, Documentation & Compliance
Edem is a qualified lawyer and member of the Ghana Bar Association, bringing 25 years of multidisciplinary experience in human resource management, company secretaryship, corporate governance, and law. She obtained her Professional Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law and her LLB from GIMPA Law School.
Edem is an Associate of the Corporate Governance Institute (UK), a member of the Institute of Directors Ghana, and holds an SPHRi certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (USA). With her legal expertise, Edem ensures every Xanthi operation is compliant with all applicable local and international laws.
