Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients.
• Monitor, assess, and document patients’ health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health management.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with German healthcare regulations and infection prevention protocols.
• Participate in shift rotations, including weekends, nights, and public holidays where required.

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide professional nursing care in hospitals, rehabilitation centres, or elderly care facilities. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver safe, compassionate, and patient-centred care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• German language proficiency at B2 level (Goethe or TELC certificate preferred).
• Full professional recognition in Germany or a Defizitbescheid (recognition assessment notice).
• Previous experience in a hospital or elderly care setting is an advantage.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centred care.
