Ausbildung is Germany’s internationally recognized vocational training program that combines classroom learning with paid practical work experience. • Must be below 28 years old and above 18years old
• Must have completed at least 12 years of basic education which is either an A Level, WASSCE or its equivalent from a reputable institution.

•diploma / certificates from health, teaching and engineering programs

• Must have B1 German proficiency or better
• Must be financially capable of funding relocation for training in Germany.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• fast learner and excellent adaptation skills
