General Worker

Xanthi & Associates Ltd. is recruiting motivated individuals for General Worker positions in Serbia. This opportunity is open to men, women, and couples ready to work in production or warehouse environments. Prior experience is an advantage but not required. Successful candidates will join a trusted international recruitment program with full employer support for visa processing.

• Assist with general production and warehouse operations
• Load, unload, and move materials and products
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety
• Support daily production activities according to company procedures
• Perform manual labor tasks assigned by supervisors
• Pack, sort, and prepare products as required
• Follow workplace safety regulations and company policie

• Open to men, women, and couples
• Previous work experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible and willing to work shifts when required
• Basic communicative level of English

• 8 to 10 hours per day
• 5 to 6 working days per week
• Overtime opportunities may be available depending on production needs

• Valid international passport
• Updated CV/Resume
• Candidate registration form
• Information on any previous visa refusals or deportation cases (if applicable)

• Chest X-ray and Hepatitis blood test
• Vaccination record/card (if available)
• Bank statement (€500+ recommended balance)
• Police clearance certificate in English (recommended)
• Medical insurance valid for at least 180 days
• Educational or professional skill certificate (translated and notarised in Serbia)
• Flight reservation to Belgrade
• Recent passport-size photograph
• TRC of another country (if not applying from home country)
